The Alibunar I Wind Farm, located across the municipalities of Golubac and Kučevo in Serbia, marks an important step in the development of regional renewable energy. The project comprises three wind turbines, each with a capacity of 3.3 MW, contributing a total installed capacity of 9.9 MW. Despite its smaller size compared to larger regional wind farms, Alibunar I plays a significant role in demonstrating efficient wind energy deployment.

IEE was responsible for construction supervision Alibunar I, ensuring that every stage of the project was executed according to design specifications and engineering standards. By providing continuous oversight on-site, we helped maintain high levels of safety, technical compliance, and operational readiness throughout the construction process.

Alibunar I stands as a model of focused, high-quality renewable energy implementation in Serbia. The project highlights how smaller-scale wind farms can efficiently contribute to the country’s energy diversification and sustainable development goals while supporting local infrastructure and communities.
